Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Payments with strong expertise in payment systems and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Wire Payments, SWIFT, FED Payments, and ISO 20022 messaging standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for payment processing initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed specifications.
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL to support business decisions and system enhancements.
• Analyze Wire Payment workflows and payment message formats including SWIFT, FED, and ISO 20022.
• Create process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Support testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and business insights using data analytics and reporting tools.
• Facilitate meetings, drive discussions, and manage stakeholder expectations. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) / Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Payments Domain, specifically:
• Wire Payments
• SWIFT Messaging
• FED Payments
• ISO 20022 Standards
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on data analysis experience.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Solid problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
