Job Description
We are seeking experienced Process Engineers with strong Payment’s domain expertise to drive end-to-end process transformation, operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within the customer’s Payments organization. Key Requirements
• Process Engineering experience
• Strong Payments domain knowledge:
• High Value Payments (HVP) & Low Value Payments (LVP)
• SWIFT and ISO 20022
• Foreign Exchange (FX) processing
• Nostro/Vostro accounting
• Liquidity Management
• Payment Operations & Risk Management
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies:
• Lean
• Six Sigma
• Lean Six Sigma
• DFSS
• Business Process Reengineering (BPR)
• Experience with process mapping, root cause analysis, process redesign, and operational excellence initiatives




• Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Banking and Financial Services experience required Preferred Certifications
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end process improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze, redesign, and optimize payment operations processes.
• Identify efficiency, risk reduction, and automation opportunities.
• Develop process maps, metrics, and improvement roadmaps.
• Partner with Business, Operations, Technology, and Risk teams.
