As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support patient and provider services using established procedures and quality standards. Your work includes claims follow-up, prior authorization support, documentation, and operational handoffs. You will identify routine discrepancies, resolve standard issues within guidelines, and escalate non-routine matters appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support prescription intake, benefit verification, claims, authorization, and fulfillment activities
- Coordinate documentation and daily handoffs within defined timelines
- Review claims, orders, refills, shipments, and inventory information
- Track backorders, substitutions,



replenishment, and product availability issues
- Document workflow activity and resolutions for compliance and traceability

Requirements:

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- Two or more years in pharmacy support or related operations
- Experience with claims processing, medication access, or fulfillment support
- Pharmacy technician certification or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow established procedures and quality standards
