As a Route Service Representative in Cintas's Rental Division, you will manage and grow existing customer accounts. The work combines route driving, product delivery, pickups, customer service, inventory control, and sales. You will represent Cintas with key decision makers while servicing uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and facility service products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive established routes and service existing customer accounts
- Deliver and pick up uniforms and facility products
- Build rapport with customer decision makers
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Negotiate renewals and control inventory safely
Requirements:
- Valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
- Meet provincial requirements for regulated vehicles over 10,000 pounds
- Ability to meet the position's physical requirements
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
- Solid customer service orientation and self-motivation
