Alberta Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver home and community care in Calgary. You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate care and provide direct nursing services in clients' homes or alternate settings, following a client-centered strengths-based framework.

You will collaborate with clients, families and an interdisciplinary team to adapt plans, ensure safety and maintain quality care while managing time and reporting to the Home Care Manager.
