Support HR technology administration, data integrity, and reporting as a full-time HRIS Specialist with Linde. Work across systems, processes, and employee data.

This HRIS Specialist serves as a subject matter expert for HR systems, reporting, data integrity, and related processes. You will support SAPHRON, SAP, UKG Pro, and Workforce Management while partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders. The position supports accurate data management, system maintenance, audits, implementations, upgrades, and end-user training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer HR systems, transactions, configurations, access, and security
- Maintain employee, organizational, and position data accurately
- Support reporting, analytics, audits, validation, and discrepancy resolution




- Provide troubleshooting and technical support for workforce management systems
- Develop training materials, user guides, and test scripts

Requirements:

- College diploma or university degree in a related field
- Three to five years supporting HRIS or related functions
- Experience with UKG Pro, SAPHRON, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar
- Robust Excel, reporting, analytics, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills
