Monitor casino activity at Hard Rock Ottawa Hotel & Casino in Ottawa as a part time Surveillance Operator using advanced surveillance systems. Protect gaming integrity through careful observation.
This permanent position supports guests, team members, assets, and gaming operations. You will observe, record, and report activity while following AGCO regulations, internal controls, company policies, and security procedures. The work requires discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine surveillance across the gaming floor
- Identify poor game protection and suspicious individuals
- Review activity and complete detailed reports and logs
- Maintain awareness of ongoing gaming operations
- Support departments protecting company assets
Requirements:
- Secondary school diploma required
- One or more years in security or gaming
- Knowledge of computer applications
- Casino surveillance experience is an asset
- Ability to obtain AGCO Category 2 registration
