Provide overnight nursing care at Weston Terrace Community in Toronto using sound nursing practice and resident-focused communication. This temporary part-time shift runs 11pm to 7am.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Practical Nurse supports residents within established policies, physician orders, care plans, and RPN/LPN scope. The position includes resident assessment, family communication, staff guidance, and supervision of assigned Personal Support Workers. Experience in geriatrics, rehabilitation, or senior health is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care according to policies, orders, and care plans
- Deliver excellent nursing and personal care
- Assess residents during admissions, readmissions, and status changes




- Communicate regularly with residents and their families
- Supervise assigned Personal Support Workers and unregulated team members

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
- Good judgement and ability to identify risk
- Ability to foster a positive work workplace
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada or valid work permit
- Successful Vulnerable Sector or applicable Criminal Record Check
