Inside Sales Representatives in Winnipeg use customer service and sales skills to support Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies clients. This is a full time, Monday to Friday position.
You will represent Hercules Crane & Lifting Supplies while supporting client satisfaction and daily sales functions. The work includes customer communication, order entry, product inquiries, outbound calls, and coordination with Territory Managers. You will also make hoses, including hydraulic hoses, while maintaining accurate customer information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service by telephone, in person, and electronically
- Enter orders promptly and communicate information to personnel
- Update customer databases with accurate information
- Contact customers about Hercules products and services
- Make hoses, including hydraulic hoses
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
