Paladin Security in St. John's, Canada is seeking a Client Service Ambassador for a temporary full-time role in Emergency Departments across the area.
You will be the patient-facing liaison in waiting rooms, using transparent communication and empathy to support calm, safety, and comfort. You will collaborate with triage, nursing, social work, mental health, security and volunteers, conduct hourly census, and escalate when needed.
