Little Burgundy is a fashionable footwear retailer seeking a Store role to support the Store Manager and Manager In Training in recruiting, training, and guiding store personnel to reach sales goals and protect company assets.

You will help recruit, train, coach, and manage the sales team, ensuring adherence to company policies. The role requires 40 hours/week, weekend/night availability, and willingness to grow within the organization.
