The Manager, Communications partners with the Senior Director, Communications on integrated internal and external programs. You will manage editorial calendars, newsletters, leadership communications and announcements. The work also spans employer brand, social media, intranet content and employee initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day internal communications across Canada
- Develop newsletters, announcements and leadership communications
- Manage intranet and internal content strategy
- Partner with People and Marketing teams




- Support town halls and employee events

Requirements:

- Seven to ten years of relevant communications experience
- Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills
- Experience executing internal and external communications programs
- Strong digital communications and social media understanding
- Bachelor's degree preferred; French bilingualism is an asset
