As Senior Manager, Business Development, you will support over 100 franchised retail stores and connect corporate strategy with franchise performance. Reporting to the Director, Finance, you will advise franchisees and stakeholders on profitability, operations, agreements, and business priorities. Your work combines Canadian grocery retail knowledge with financial and commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities: Manage a national portfolio of over 100 franchised retail stores
Advise franchisees on profitability, performance, and operational priorities
Analyze P&L; results, trends, risks, and business opportunities
Support franchise agreements, renewals, amendments,



and commercial terms
Lead strategic initiatives, projects, and cross-functional business improvements
Requirements: Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Retail Management, or related field
Minimum five years’ Canadian grocery retail industry experience
Experience supporting franchise, store operations, or multi-unit retail businesses
Robust retail P&L;, financial analysis, and business recommendation skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and willingness to travel domestically internationally
