This full time position supports new product development within a team of Engineers and Design Specialists. You will develop Fluidpower concepts, define product architecture, and guide system-level decisions. The work includes component selection, design documentation, validation planning, and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop Fluidpower concepts and system-level designs
Size and select hydraulic and pneumatic components
Create design documentation and validation plans
Lead design reviews and brainstorming sessions
Support FMEA and product development processes
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering
10+ years of related design experience
Expertise in hydraulic standards and compliance requirements
Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and cooling water systems
Fluid mechanics simulation and data analysis skills
