This experienced Project Scheduler creates resource-loaded baselines and updates master schedules using field-verified data. The work requires electrical sequencing knowledge, earned value management, and financial performance tracking. You will coordinate with Superintendents and Project Managers while monitoring project health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop logic-driven Primavera P6 baseline schedules
- Update master schedules weekly and monthly
- Map conduit, wiring, switchgear, and substation sequences
- Track EVM metrics, labor curves, and equipment constraints
- Prepare recovery schedules, TIAs, reports, dashboards, and S-curves

Requirements:

- Minimum five years as a Construction Scheduler
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6
- Understanding of EVM principles and cost-schedule integration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications
