We are looking for a Principal Engineer -CFD/Thermal to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies. This role will report to Sr. Director, Development Engineering.

Location: This position will be fully Onsite based in San Jose, CA

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead and conduct CFD/Thermal studies for Energy server enclosures and site installations.
- Provide regular guidance on enclosure thermal management for Product development, from concept to production.
- Work in a fast-paced workplace, ensure timely guidance with accurate predictions.
- Collaborate with Cross‑functional teams including for feasibility study.
- Report and present results/recommendations across diverse groups within Bloom, and customers, as needed.
- Provide guidance on flow/thermal tests, field data collection for validation and performance characterization.
- Expand CFD capabilities with new model developments and model improvements.

Skills and Experience:

- MS or PhD in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering.
- Deep understanding of the fundamentals of Fluid Mechanics, Heat
