About the Role
Convoy Finance is looking for a hands-on, strategic Fractional CFO to support a portfolio of early-stage and growth-stage startups across Web3 and emerging technology sectors.
This role is perfect for a finance leader who loves variety and work with challenging accounting and finops work - someone who can dive into client operations, build scalable financial systems,
and provide actionable insights that help founders make smarter decisions. You'll act as a trusted finance partner to multiple startups, leading everything from financial reporting and cash flow planning to strategic advisory and investor communications. This role involves actually DOING the work.
What You'll Do
Lead and work on financial operations with a heavy emphasis on accounting operations
- Oversee monthly reporting, financial statement reviews, and performance analysis for multiple clients.
- Implement clean, scalable accounting processes to help startups stay audit- and investor-ready.
