Lead Wódr’s recent thermal spa in downtown Edmonton, using team leadership and operational expertise to prepare an exceptional guest experience. This pre-opening position requires evenings, weekends and holidays.

As Thermal Spa Manager, you will report to Wódr’s General Manager and help launch the private rooftop spa. You will build systems, recruit attendants, and coordinate with head office on brand, booking and marketing. The role suits someone with three to five years leading teams, ideally in spa, wellness, boutique hospitality or fine dining.

Key Responsibilities:

- Launch the downtown Edmonton rooftop thermal spa
- Recruit, hire and train 20 or more spa attendants
- Set schedules, sanitation protocols, logs, inventory and suppliers




- Manage guest safety, resets, procedures and concerns
- Oversee budget, labour, inventory and P&L;

Requirements:

- Three to five years of team leadership experience
- Wellness industry trends, products and services familiarity
- Spa, wellness or boutique hospitality experience is an asset
- Basic Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Evening, weekend and holiday availability
