Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this Director of Operations role supports Customer Operations, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Human Resources. You will manage employees, recruitment, onboarding, business processes, and cross-functional delivery. The position suits an operational generalist with Saa S experience and solid execution skills.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, priorities, resources, and departmental responsibilities
Lead projects through scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and delivery
Improve workflows, handoffs, CRM discipline, and service delivery
Manage employees through priorities,



coaching, feedback, and accountability
Negotiate vendor pricing, agreements, renewals, and service expectations
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and MBA required
Minimum seven years’ progressive business operations experience
Minimum three years’ Saa S experience
Direct people management and talent operations experience
Availability to work onsite in Mississauga five days weekly
