CAAT seeks an HRIS Analyst with two to five years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday experience. You will translate business needs into Workday solutions while supporting configuration, testing, reporting, and process improvement. The role focuses on core HCM and at least one additional Workday module.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, design, and implement Workday solutions
- Translate business needs into effective configurations
- Troubleshoot Workday functionality, processes, and reporting issues
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics




- Support releases, implementations, integrations, and improvements

Requirements:

- Two to five years of HRIS experience
- Hands-on Workday configuration, testing, and reporting experience
