The Digital Practice Leader advances technology across design, delivery, and execution. This individual guides digital transformation, establishes strategy, and collaborates with innovation and IT teams. The work spans governance, cybersecurity, process improvement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Energy & Resources digital strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Assess digital initiatives, budgets, risks, and measurable return on investment
- Lead governance, security, privacy, and transformation lifecycle controls
- Facilitate collaboration among leaders, practitioners, partners, and business units
- Guide training,



standards, inventories, and organizational change initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area of practice
- Over seven years of qualified experience; AEC experience preferred
- Understanding of cloud computing, analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity
- Experience implementing enterprise-wide digital practice projects
- Relevant technical certifications and project management capabilities
