Lead industrial maintenance at MST Rebar as a Maintenance Manager and Millwright, applying mechanical troubleshooting and equipment reliability expertise.
This position oversees maintenance operations across MST Rebar production lines. You will lead technicians, manage preventive and predictive programs, and coordinate operational planning. The work includes CMMS management, spare parts control, complex troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily maintenance operations across all production lines
Perform mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and modifications
Manage CMMS schedules, work orders, reports, and inventory
Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians
Diagnose failures and implement corrective actions
Requirements: Minimum five years’ industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
Ontario Industrial Mechanic Millwright 433 A certification strongly preferred
Hands-on mechanical repair, installation, and troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting
Experience supervising maintenance teams and managing maintenance programs
Apply maintenance leadership, millwright expertise, and CMMS knowledge to improve MST Rebar equipment reliability and production performance.
