Coordinate transportation production planning and forecasting from Suncor’s Calgary head office. Connect operational data, schedules, and stakeholders across Midstream Transportation operations.

As Coordinator Production Control, you will align Midstream, Supply & Optimization, Sales & Marketing, Trading, Commercial, and Refineries. You will maintain end-to-end transportation visibility while supporting performance discussions and timely decisions. The work includes SAP, Excel, and Power BI reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate cross-functional production planning activities across transportation stakeholders
- Maintain integrated transportation and supply plans
- Coordinate monthly Midstream forecasting processes
- Communicate operational issues, risks, and project impacts




- Integrate transportation mode inputs into system-wide perspectives

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field preferred
- Transportation operations or production control experience is an asset
- Experience with SAP, Excel, and Power BI
- Strong coordination and facilitation skills across stakeholder groups
- Explicit communication and high attention to detail
