As an R&D; Staff Engineer, you will support simulation platforms serving IP designers worldwide. You will improve distributed and cloud-based workloads, enable production sign-off flows, and translate engineering challenges into reliable platform capabilities. The work spans design automation, circuit simulation, and AI-assisted workflow tools.
Key Responsibilities: Build scalable analog and mixed-signal simulation infrastructure
Design AI-assisted simulation setup and debugging automation
Improve distributed and cloud-based simulation environments
Enable Monte Carlo and reliability sign-off methodologies
Partner with design teams,
vendors, and tool developers
Requirements: Bachelor's degree plus 7-8+ years of experience, or equivalent advanced degree experience
Background in CAD, design automation, or simulation infrastructure
Experience with circuit simulation and production testbench automation
Proficiency in Python, Tcl, Shell, or similar scripting languages
Experience in Linux-based development and compute environments
