As a Specialist, HSSEQ Investigations, you will investigate workplace incidents, environmental events, and non-compliances. Your analysis supports organizational learning, risk reduction, and continuous improvement across WSP Canada. The work requires investigation expertise, analytical problem-solving, and transparent communication.
Key Responsibilities: Lead investigations into workplace incidents and environmental events
Analyse evidence, data, and timelines to uncover root causes
Interview stakeholders to gather critical insights and perspectives
Develop corrective and preventative measures for operational safety




Present detailed findings to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
Six to eight years of investigation or root cause experience
Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations
Strong investigation techniques and analytical problem-solving expertise
French and English bilingualism required
Bring objective investigation leadership, regulatory knowledge, and bilingual communication to WSP’s HSSEQ improvement work across Canada.
