Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Philanthropy, you'll independently manage a high-value portfolio of corporate partners, develop strategic relationships, and identify opportunities for sponsorships, major gifts, and long-term revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities

- You'll independently manage and grow a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects, developing strategies to strengthen engagement, retention, and revenue.
- You'll identify and secure new corporate partnerships, sponsorships, employee engagement initiatives, and philanthropic opportunities.
- You'll lead complex partnership negotiations, proposals, and agreements, aligning corporate objectives with organizational priorities.
- You'll build trusted relationships with senior corporate decision-makers and represent the organization at meetings, presentations, and community events.
- You'll develop compelling proposals, presentations, and partnership strategies to secure significant financial contributions.
- You'll monitor fundraising pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, forecast revenue, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You'll collaborate across departments and provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues supporting corporate partnership initiatives.
