Job Title: AI Engineer
Location: Mississauga, ON
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy Python-based AI/LLM applications using Fast API/Flask.
Develop REST APIs and scalable enterprise solutions.
Build AI-powered data analytics and self-service platforms.
Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
Collaborate with Risk stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and mentor engineering teams.
Required Skills:
Strong Python development with Quick API or Flask.
Experience building production-grade AI/LLM applications.
Solid SQL, data modeling, and data engineering fundamentals.
Expertise in concurrency, asynchronous programming, and performance optimization.
Experience with testing, production support, and system reliability.
Strong architectural design and technical leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
Agentic AI, RAG, Lang Chain/Lang Graph, or Talk-to-Data solutions.
Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis.
Open Telemetry, Grafana, Prometheus.
CI/CD (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions), Dev Ops/Git Ops.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent.
8+ years of software engineering experience.
