Lead customer expansion campaigns at Varicent using segmentation and Salesforce analytics to grow existing accounts across integrated channels. This marketing role is cross-functional.

As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will develop campaigns supporting expansion, cross-sell, upsell, adoption, and pipeline growth. You will coordinate Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Digital Marketing, Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, and Partner teams. Your work combines campaign planning, execution, optimization, and stakeholder leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design integrated campaigns across email, webinars, events, and digital channels
- Develop targeting strategies using lifecycle, adoption, health, and renewal data
- Align campaign priorities with expansion-ready accounts and business opportunities

Requirements:

- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience in related functions
- Experience executing campaigns driving pipeline, retention, upsell, or cross-sell
- Marketing automation experience with HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar
- Salesforce experience for reporting, attribution, and performance measurement
- Solid analytical, communication, project, and stakeholder management skills
