This leadership role oversees finance operations within a collaborative, mission-driven organization. You will manage a Finance team of two while partnering with business leaders and budget owners. Core work includes reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor two Finance team members
- Oversee month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare statements, variance analysis, forecasts, and management reporting
- Maintain internal controls, policies, and approval processes
- Provide financial recommendations to leadership and budget owners
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Eight to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls knowledge
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
