This hands-on leadership role will be responsible for designing and optimizing AWS-based solutions, advancing CI/CD practices, implementing Infrastructure as Code, and enabling secure, scalable, and resilient software delivery. The successful candidate will partner closely with engineering, security, and operations teams while mentoring DevOps practitioners and promoting a cloud-first, automation-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and evolution of enterprise DevOps platforms, toolchains, and engineering standards.
Architect, deploy, and support scalable AWS cloud solutionsBuild and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and automation frameworks.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automate deployments, and improve operational efficiency.
Design and manage containerized environments using Docker and AWS container services.
Support application modernization, cloud migration, and microservices adoption.
Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions.
Drive reliability, performance, security, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams.
QualificationsRequired Experience8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.3+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineering capacity.
Experience designing and supporting large-scale AWS environments.
Proven experience building enterprise CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.




Experience working in Agile software development environments.

$85,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
