Henry Schein Canada seeks a Distribution Centre Manager to oversee its Niagara-on-the-Lake operation. You will lead two DC Supervisors and Facilities/Maintenance while managing fulfillment, inventory, productivity and safety. The role also emphasizes regulatory compliance, customer service and continuous improvement across a high-volume distribution setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily Distribution Centre performance across safety, quality and productivity
- Develop two DC Supervisors and Facilities/Maintenance leadership
- Manage picking, packing, shipping, transportation, returns and inventory
- Use performance data to improve labour, workflow and costs
- Champion compliance, process improvement and customer service
Requirements:
- Five-plus years of warehouse management experience in distribution or operations
- At least three years of supervisory leadership experience or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related discipline
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, ISO standards and regulated processes
- Microsoft Office, intermediate to advanced Excel and warehouse systems proficiency
