Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Training Specialist – Audio Visual & Video Conferencing for an 11-month onsite contract opportunity.
Must Haves:
- Hands-on technical expertise and deep familiarity with audiovisual and video conferencing hardware and platforms
- Robust writing skills for developing training materials and user manuals, with attention to detail
- Scenario-based and practical teaching approach using real-world use cases
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into plain language
- At least 5 years of audio and video conferencing technology experience
- At least 10 years of adult training experience
- Experience with Adobe Captivate
- Familiarity with AODA requirements for interactive e-learning and written manuals
