As a Senior Routing Engine Developer, you will develop distributed backend services for contact center operations. The work spans microservices, REST APIs, event-driven architecture, cloud-native engineering, and performance engineering. You will collaborate with product, architecture, workforce management, telephony, and CX platform teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design routing engines distributing voice and digital interactions
- Implement routing algorithms using skills, priorities, capacity, and business rules
- Optimize systems for concurrency, fault tolerance, and predictable performance




- Maintain APIs for configuration, monitoring, and integrations
- Integrate services with telephony, CRM, WFM, and analytics platforms

Requirements:

- 8+ years software engineering experience
- Expert Java and Spring Boot experience
- Distributed systems and microservices architecture expertise
- Contact center routing logic development experience
