As a Senior Manager in Delivering Deal Value, you will guide clients from strategy through execution across the full deal lifecycle. You will lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and develop operational improvement, integration, separation, and restructuring strategies. The work spans diverse sectors and operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple value creation mandates and junior team members
- Develop operational improvement, integration, separation, and restructuring strategies
- Manage stakeholders across functions and maintain project alignment
- Evaluate operations, supply chains, risks,
and improvement opportunities
- Support business development, quality control, and firm-building activities
Requirements:
- Advisory experience building trusted client relationships
- Proven project management across complex concurrent engagements
- Knowledge of HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and Sales
- Experience with due diligence and operational performance improvement
- Ability to travel within Canada and internationally
