Technically minded. Commercially driven. Ready for more responsibility? Greatario is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and turning complex opportunities into successful projects. We design and deliver engineered storage solutions for municipal and industrial water and wastewater infrastructure across Canada. As our Sales Coordinator, you'll work directly alongside a Regional Market Manager, playing an integral role in developing opportunities, coordinating technical solutions, and moving projects from initial inquiry through contract award. This is more than an administrative support position. It's a chance to build technical expertise, commercial judgment, and meaningful customer relationships while owning the processes that drive our business forward. Who we're looking for You have approximately 3–5 years of experience in a technical, commercial, engineering, construction, or project coordination setting. More importantly, you're someone who:
• Takes ownership. You don't wait to be reminded, and you follow things through to completion.
• Thinks technically. You're comfortable working with drawings, specifications, and technical information, even when you're learning something new.
• Communicates confidently. You can work professionally with engineers, contractors, customers, and internal teams.
• Stays organized. You can manage multiple opportunities, shifting priorities, and competing deadlines.
• Understands the bigger picture. You're interested in how technical solutions, customer relationships, and commercial decisions come together.
• Wants to grow. You're looking for increasing responsibility, not simply another coordination position. Experience in construction, engineering, industrial equipment, infrastructure, or technical business development would be particularly valuable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or project management systems are beneficial.
A diploma or degree in engineering technology, construction management, business, or a related discipline is an asset. Ability to speak and write conversant French is highly desirable but not required.
What you'll do
Own the Opportunity Process
• Coordinate opportunities from initial inquiry through proposal development, contract award, and project handover.
• Take ownership of opportunity tracking, CRM management, deadlines, documentation, and follow-up activities.
• Organize and prioritize active opportunities, ensuring commitments are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.
• Work closely with the Regional Market Manager to support commercial strategy, customer engagement, and business development activities. Connect Technical Solutions with Customer Needs
• Review engineering drawings, project specifications, and tender documents to understand technical requirements.
• Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and operations teams to develop practical, competitive solutions.
• Coordinate quotations, technical proposals, tender submissions, and commercial documentation.
• Engage directly with engineers, consultants, contractors, and customers to clarify requirements and advance opportunities.
• Develop an understanding of Greatario's products, applications, and the infrastructure markets we serve. Drive Commercial Execution
• Monitor active opportunities, identify outstanding actions, and proactively move deliverables forward.
• Coordinate proposal revisions, technical clarifications, contract documentation, and internal approvals.
• Support customer meetings, project discussions, and commercial correspondence.
• Help maintain accurate opportunity forecasts and visibility into regional business activity.
• Coordinate the transition of awarded contracts to project management and operations. Find Better Ways to Work
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, document management, and commercial processes.
• Introduce structure and consistency to how opportunities are managed.
• Take initiative, solve problems independently, and support effective operations. Why join Greatario?
• Work on projects that matter. Contribute to essential water and wastewater infrastructure serving communities and industries across Canada.
• Learn the technical and commercial sides of the business. Gain exposure to engineering, estimating, customer relationships, contracting, and project delivery.
• Have a meaningful impact. Work closely with regional leadership where your initiative, judgment, and execution make a direct difference.
• Grow with the opportunity. As your technical knowledge and commercial capabilities develop, so can your responsibilities and involvement in customer relationships, opportunity development, and commercial decision-making. Sound like you? We're less interested in someone who checks every box and more interested in someone curious, capable, organized, and ready to take the next step in their career. If you're ready to take ownership, develop your expertise, and build a career at the intersection of technical solutions and commercial strategy, we'd like to hear from you. Apply with your resume and a brief introduction about what interests you about the opportunity. Greatario is committed to providing accommodation for applicants with disabilities; please let us know in your cover letter if you require accommodation during the recruitment process.
