As a Continuing Care Assistant with Unity Health Centre's Home Support department, you will encourage clients' optimum functioning. The work includes supporting physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs. Services are provided across multiple sites in Unity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care for clients, patients, and residents
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Encourage clients' optimum level of functioning
- Support physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
- Travel as required for home care hours

Requirements:

- Continuing Care Assistant certificate
- Basic computer skills
- Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Food Safe certificate and valid driver's license where required
