Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, this analyst supports daily operations and continued growth for TimShop.ca. The work combines e-commerce operations, performance analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You will manage routine website activities, support campaigns, and help deliver accurate online shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain product listings, imagery, pricing, and promotions on Shopify
- Perform website checks for content accuracy and functionality
- Coordinate launches, product information, creative assets, and timelines
- Monitor availability, stockouts, and fulfillment issues with partners




- Track sales, metrics, dashboards, trends, and improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Approximately 1-3 years in e-commerce, digital operations, or related roles
- Strong Excel skills with formulas and pivot tables
- Organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple priorities
- Clear communication and team-oriented problem-solving skills
