We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with our team on a contract or part-time basis to source, attract, and guide top-tier clinical and operational talent through our hiring process. As our Talent Recruiter, you are both a strategist and a storyteller.

You will:

- Own the Pipeline: Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, from intake and job posting through sourcing, screening, interviewing,



and offer coordination. You keep the process moving with care and urgency.
- Tell Our Story: You are the first voice many candidates hear from Stem Health. You articulate our mission, culture, and vision in a way that attracts people who align with our values, not just the job description.
- Source with Intention: Go beyond job boards. Tap into professional networks, healthcare communities, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative channels to find the kind of people who don't just apply for jobs, they get discovered.
- Curate the Candidate Experience: Every touchpoint with a candidate should reflect the Stem Health standard. You ensure candidates feel informed, respected, and genuinely considered throughout the process.
- Partner with Leadership: Work closely with the team to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, develop interview frameworks, and align on hiring priorities as the team scales.

Your Expertise

- Recruiting Fluency: You bring at least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to healthcare, wellness, or startup environments. You know how to recruit for both clinical and corporate roles.
- The Human Touch: You build genuine relationships with candidates. You lead with empathy, communicate with clarity,



and treat every candidate interaction as a reflection of the brand.
- Sourcing Savvy: You are skilled with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and multi-channel sourcing strategies. You know how to find passive talent and convert interest into applications.
- Process-Minded: You bring structure to hiring without making it bureaucratic. You can build interview scorecards, track pipeline metrics, and keep stakeholders informed without overcomplicating the process.
- The Stem Standard: Experience recruiting for concierge, hospitality-forward, or premium service environments is a significant asset. You understand that we're not just filling roles, we're curating a team.
- Startup Comfort: You thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment where priorities shift and you're comfortable wearing multiple hats. You don't wait for a process to exist, you help build it.
