The Wabano Centre for Aboriginal Health in Ottawa is seeking a Perinatal Coordinator to implement a culturally appropriate pre- and post-natal program for urban Indigenous families. You will collaborate with clinic providers and participate in prenatal and well-child clinics to deliver family-centered care reflecting Indigenous traditions.
Reporting to the Early Years Team Lead and working with Elders, healthcare professionals, and partners, you will coordinate a multi-disciplinary program,
