The Assistant Accounting and Analytics Manager works with the Accounting Director and mid-level management. You will learn department processes, build independence, and oversee operational functions. The scope includes reporting, controls, process improvement, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across the company
- Lead accounts receivable from intake through collections
- Drive accounts payable while monitoring cash flow
- Uphold accurate, timely payroll standards
- Oversee period-end closes and year-end engagements
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in accounting, business, analytics, or related discipline
- Intermediate-level accounting experience
- Two to three years leading teams or projects
