Artex is looking to grow its Warehouse Team in Redwood Falls, MN

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Work safely and comply with company and regulatory safety/environmental policies, practices and procedures
- Maintain highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism to promote a positive image of the company




- Manage receipt of goods to be stored in the warehouse; identify an appropriate and safe location for each item
- Operate forklift and pallet jack to load/unload trucks and move finished, palletized product
- Process all necessary shipping and receiving documentation and enter information into Microsoft Business Central
- Monitor inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems
- Coordinate with production team to ensure physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems
- Keep warehouse clean and organized by performing daily housekeeping duties
- Verify all goods are received in good condition; take corrective action when missing product or errors are identified
- Prepare shipments - accurately pick orders, determine pickup/delivery method, ensure timely delivery of orders
- Pick all components needed for production per Release Production Orders distributed by Production Manager
- Accept phone calls related to shipping dates and provide information to customer in professional manner
- Coordinate with carriers on shipping/receiving schedules and rates
- Situations may arise that require employees to temporarily or permanently assume responsibility for tasks not specifically outlined in this job description. Employees may be requested to work additional hours and/or accommodate a heavier than normal work load.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Warehouse Experience, Preferred

- Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb, frequently
- Ability to actively work in all weather conditions – extreme heat and cold
