Deliver safe, patient-focused hemodialysis care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Mackenzie Health across designated Ontario hospital sites. Use assessment and care planning skills daily.

This Registered Practical Nurse position supports patients with complex, established care needs and predictable outcomes. You will collaborate with an interprofessional team while following College of Nurses of Ontario standards, evidence-based practices, and Mackenzie Health values. The work includes patient education, documentation, and electronic medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide holistic, high-quality care within scope of practice
- Deliver hemodialysis treatments at designated satellite sites
- Assess patients, plan care, educate, and document findings




- Manage workloads and resolve issues respectfully
- Participate in acute hemodialysis on-call coverage

Requirements:

- Current General Class registration with College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Practical Nurse Diploma from an approved program preferred
- Recent dialysis or acute care experience preferred
- Ability to work at Mackenzie Health sites
