The Inventory & Quality Coordinator supports manufacturing operations while reporting to the Production Manager. The work combines inventory control, production coordination, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. You will help maintain the company's Quality Management System while addressing operational challenges and production needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor material flow between departments to support production requirements
- Maintain accurate raw material, component, and supply inventory
- Review work orders, material needs, availability, and priorities
- Inspect products, documents, materials,
and processes for compliance
- Investigate non-conformances and coordinate corrective actions
Requirements:
- Manufacturing or production workplace experience preferred
- Inventory control, production coordination, or quality experience preferred
- Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Legal entitlement to work in Canada, including required permits
