Tribe Management Inc. seeks a Live-in Building Superintendent reporting to the Regional Manager. You will maintain a secure, clean residential environment through general maintenance, work orders, unit preparation, and contractor coordination. Communication, teamwork, and a safety-focused approach are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and carpentry repairs
- Respond to rotating after-hours and weekend emergencies
- Process, complete, and close maintenance work orders
- Prepare vacant units through cleaning and minor repairs
- Coordinate contractors, vendors, residents, and management teams
Requirements:
- Three to five years building maintenance experience
- Knowledge using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 25 kilograms and work at heights
- Basic computer literacy for email and documentation
- Valid driver's licence and independent accountability
