The Merchandise Manager drives merchandising and operational execution across truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and promotional activity. This retail leadership role includes Manager-on-Duty coverage, team accountability, and store-condition standards. You will coordinate daily priorities while maintaining operational continuity and sales readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to sales floor
- Plan daily workloads and prioritize tasks with store leadership
- Execute SISO routines for replenishment and in-stock levels
- Maintain planograms, visual standards, and promotional signage
- Oversee inventory control, pricing, fulfillment, and receiving processes
Requirements:
- Three or more years of retail leadership experience
- Ability to remain standing and move throughout the store
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25 to 50 pounds
