Food service supervision and operational coverage define this Area Floater position, with travel across assigned school locations as needed. Support cooking, cashiering, preparation, cleaning, and office operations.

This position works with Operations or District Managers to apply policies consistently across school units. You may supervise up to eight employees, direct work, resolve complaints, and complete meal service. Auditing, menu adherence, sanitation, documentation, and client-focused special events are also central responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on coverage across assigned school food service units
- Conduct operational audits for storage, sanitation, and record keeping




- Execute meal service and evaluate food quality standards
- Document follow-up visits and monitor performance improvements
- Supervise employees and complete end-of-day paperwork

Requirements:

- Two to five years of food service experience
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Advanced Food Safety Training within six months
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
- Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
