Reporting to the Senior Advisor, Financial Advisory Services, the Advisor acts as a financial business partner to managers and leadership teams. Key Responsibilities:

- Advise managers and leadership teams within assigned business units
- Provide financial and operational analyses for decision-making
- Analyze variances across actual results, budgets, and forecasts
- Prepare financial reports, presentations,



and management analyses
- Improve financial reporting processes and control frameworks

Requirements:

- CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least five years of relevant finance experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI proficiency
- French and English fluency, spoken and written
