Fullsteam is a provider of vertical software and embedded payments technology. Commerce7, a Fullsteam company, provides winery-focused tools for direct-to-consumer customer experiences.

Role overview

The Demand Generation Manager will own the pipeline engine for new winery acquisition, planning and running campaigns, outbound programs, and paid strategies to attract and convert qualified wineries. The role works with Sales on pipeline and demo targets and uses reporting from RevOps to guide campaign decisions.

Responsibilities

- Own new-logo pipeline and demo targets with Sales, and manage target-account and whitespace campaigns from list-building through conversion.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and product adoption.
- Manage paid acquisition strategy, including budgets, targeting, creative assets, and performance optimization with external vendors.
- Run outbound and account-based programs, including sequencing and messaging, and own email strategy, calendar, segmentation, and performance.
- Activate customer stories, testimonials, and use cases in campaigns, outbound sequences,



and sales enablement; share campaign results and prospect objections with the content team.
- Set organic social strategy and content calendar direction, and support lightweight LinkedIn engagement for Sales and Customer Success.
- Coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Events Marketing, and RevOps on pipeline goals, launches, event campaigns, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of marketing experience, focused on demand generation, campaigns, or digital marketing.
- Experience with outbound or account-based marketing programs preferred.
- Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and analytics tools.
- B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience preferred.

Compensation and advantages

Salary range: CAD $90,375–$104,000 per year. Benefits include medical, extended health and LTD, dental, vision, RRSP with employer match, a Health Spending Account, and flexible paid time off.
