Reporting to the Production Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership across one or more production lines. The position focuses on schedules, quality, safety, environmental standards, and team development. You will also use SAP to record production information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production teams across one or more lines
- Conduct pre-shift meetings and provide leadership feedback
- Coordinate department schedules, products, and labor
- Resolve production issues and support daily performance indicators
- Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular inspections

Requirements:

- University or college degree in a related field
