As a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust, you will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments. You will understand customer needs, recommend banking solutions, and resolve concerns. The work supports Personal & Commercial Banking through accurate, timely branch processes.

Requirements:
- High School diploma or one year relevant experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
- Robust administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Clear, calm, courteous verbal and written communication
